The May Tower condominium complex is located near the intersection of McCowan road and Highway 401 in Scarborough Centre, a hub in the Eastern part of the city of Toronto. It consists of two towers joined at the pedestal with a distinctive gold colored roof. May Tower I was completed in 1998 and is 23 stories tall while sister building May Tower II was completed in 2001 and has 24 stories. The towers share the common elements such as an indoor swimming pool, a whirlpool, ladies' and men's saunas, a full two-story gymnasium equipped to play badminton and basketball, a billiards room, a playground area for kids, a ping pong room with two tables, a mahjong room, a library, and two guest suites for out of town guests.
