MAYEIN is a Nigerian based non-profit working to advance Positive Youth Development through measures in education, entrepreneurship and civic leadership, while ensuring that girls are not left behind. Since 2012, we have impacted over 7000 youth, school children and crucial stakeholders across 6 different states in Nigeria with formal and digital literacy acquisition programmes, entrepreneurship workshops, employability courses and various practicum-based workplace mentoring experiences. MAYEIN delivers its programmes mainly through community based model youth centres dubbed 'MYCs', a network of school clubs, community outreaches and campaigns, online platforms as well as on-site workshops. By 2030 MAYEIN aims to establish 'MYCs' across the 36 states in Nigeria and impact over 36,000 youth through services and programmes in education (specifically library services and digital literacy), entrepreneurship and employability skills.
