Mayday Golf was built in 1997 by the Roberts Family Partnership of South Carolina. All three branches of that extended family, the Roberts, the Parrishes, and the Leonards, continue to provide management for and oversee the day-to-day operation of the course. Together, the owners� goals are to provide an atmosphere of adventure, escape, and family-oriented fun for each guest who visits the course. The aviation theme for the course was a natural for the partners, two of whom are licensed pilots. Mayday Golf was recently featured in a Travel Channel program about various miniature golf courses around the world and was named "Best Survival Course."
