We work in a portfolio environment managing approximately 130 properties each, so when you are fully trained you will be working across the full property management role. This is a job where you can truly manage a portfolio, not just react to ad-hoc interruptions all day; as we have front desk support to handle day-to-day contact with tenants and help with routine clerical tasks. We also have a specialist who does all the middle and end-of-month work. This leaves you free to focus on providing the sort of service to our landlords that has made us the success we are today. You will be stepping into a well-structured existing rent roll, where there is nothing to clean up.
