Maxis Projects is a specialist consultancy company operating in Otago and Southland , Maxis Projects was founded by Nick Hamlin who has worked in the construction Industry for 30 years , 20 of those in Management and Director roles. Nick has delivered in excess of $300m in projects across many different sectors and clients including some of the region’s most iconic projects including the Remarkables base building which won the Supreme National Commercial project award in 2017 Maxis Projects was set up to fill an opening in the construction market – one that focuses back to unlocking and delivering value back to clients while also building strong design and construction teams and understanding and levelling out the risks that are often associated in the construction industry. The Team at Maxis Projects are well skilled to take on any projects from initial Feasibilities to design and construction delivery. Maxis Projects also have resources that can work in house with your own team to assist with critical skilled labour shortages on short- or long-term contracts.
