Maxey & Associates, P.C. (M&A) is a land surveying and civil engineering firm licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and North Carolina. The firm is eVA registered and SWaM certified as a small business. Maxey & Associates, P.C. has been providing services in the fields of planning, site engineering, municipal utility engineering, land surveying, project administration and project management throughout our history. M&A has had several name changes over its 50+ year history. The most recent name change was in 2011 from Maxey-Hines & Associates, P.C. to Maxey & Associates, P.C. The firm is located in the Town of Farmville, Prince Edward County, Virginia. M&A has enjoyed serving both private sector and public sector clients. The firm has worked for Towns, Counties, several Virginia Departments, Universities, Colleges, and various other local and state agencies. Since the firm was founded we have provided our services throughout the region to all our clients with the same intensity and commitment to quality, regardless of the scope of the project. M&A staff is comprised of two professional engineers, four land surveyors (two of whom are dual licensed), and field crews. The core group of staff has worked together for over a two decades.
