Max Systems Inc ("MSI") endeavors to provide up to date billing codes and fees as well as up to date referring physician information. In some regions health care authorities only provide us with electronic mass billing code updates once a year. MSI staff however try to maintain the fees and codes as often as they occur. If however our billing codes are not correct or new codes and fees are introduced (as they are from time to time), our clients can easily make changes themselves by accessing the files menu on your software and then going to the billing codes menu item. One there you can EDIT or ADD health care billing codes.
