After a successful career working with a number of leading brands as clients including Logica, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini and Delaware I have now started my own project management consultancy, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle and offering expertise within AS400. • Worked with a number of high profile clients for Bladebrook Computer Services, including Logica, Accenture, IBM, Capgemini and Delaware, and built a reputation as a solutions expert. • Worked in partnership with Accenture in the rolling out of printers across five sites for AB-Inbev, with accountability for UK deployment. Decided project priorities and timescales, allocated work, created test plans and used technical knowledge to help resolve any issues and ensure success of UK roll out, leading to request to assist with European site printer roll out. • Oversaw technical business support for the SAP roll out for AB-Inbev, which included liaising with users, stakeholders and other suppliers and using own technical knowledge to ensure project ran smoothly within agreed timescales. • Designed and implemented a heartbeat monitoring tool to interface with a key application for a Bladebrook customer, enabling the company to notify the customer if its network went down, saving money and time as the business could react instantly. Tool subsequently rolled out over five key applications. • Successfully led a project for Bladebrook where the business was apprehensive about decommissioning one of its supplier applications, which involved disconnecting interfaces and removing security policies, as well as data management.
