Maverick Packaging offers sustainable packaging solutions through innovative manufacturing techniques, delivering unique stand-up pouches and liquid packaging solutions to its customers. We manufacture from our production facility in Cape Town, South Africa and supply both domestically and international, with an aim to deliver to best value and service to our clients. Our primary business activity over the past few years has been in pouch manufacture with products ranging from 750ml to 5L with different fitment options and varying barrier properties. Pouches are available in single gusset, or double gusset forms. Using our knowledge we've gained from the past, coupled with our experience of the engineering behind bag and pouch machines, we are now opening up to offering the market a range of pouch machinery. We are able to design and build you a great, user-friendly machine to suit your specific bag/pouch needs. We offer a regular stand up pouch machine called the “SUPER MACHINE”, which is a more cost-effective route for the customer looking to only produce single layer pouches. From our knowledge and experience in the bag & pouch manufacturing, we have designed a new/unique “COMBO” machine – the first of its kind. Our “COMBO” machine is flexible, adaptable and modular where units are easily added and integrated to grow and diversify in proportion to your market.
