We believe in praxis and focus on building methods, tools and capabilities that apply wisdom from Complex Adaptive Systems theory and other scientific disciplines in social systems. We submit that leaders and consultants cannot know the future in our fast changing world. The conventional way consultants work, creating and idealised future and suggesting that leaders realize this future, is an illusion. Instead, we recommend that we need to involve the workforce more, use narratives, and work from the evolutionary potential of the present, using principles of complexity theory. We guide people through the cyber-physical environment, enhance their understanding and experience of the space and assist in envisioning and implementing new adaptable, sustainable business models, using modern transformative Frameworks, Methods and technologies. We’ve integrated multiple disciplines and developed our Framework to address complex adaptive enterprises challenges. We are continually enriching and updating our Frameworks, methods, tools and capabilities through research and continues ecosystem learning from our ecosystem of praxis.
