MavenCrowd is an atypically structured design and software development company with the main focus of bringing your vision to fruition. While we mainly focus on app design and development, we have a large range of software development talent at our disposal that spans across different technologies, be it web, mobile, back-end and even 2D/3D gaming. Our intention is to be a one-stop-shop for individuals who require multiple types of software development services, but who have app design and app development as the core focus of their business. While we do believe in a 9 to 5 working schedule, we try to offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible, not to constrain them creatively and let them manage their own schedule as best suits their needs. That is why we allow ourselves to have a distributed team of designers and developers, spread across different cities and even countries and time-zones.
