The company began in 1992, as a service organization providing strategic management consulting in the areas of process improvement and project management. The company then began delivering software solutions in 1999 to help their corporate customers to automate and govern these processes. In 2015, our focus turned to the legal industry with the release of MatterCycle LPM, the industry’s most comprehensive Web-based legal project management solution and MatterCycle Time Tracking, to automate time capture in law firms. The company is privately held and headquartered in the San Francisco bay area, with sales and support offices in Dallas, TX and Jacksonville, FL.
