Mattapoisett Wellness Information

We are a dynamic and integrative holistic center which promotes health, healing and wellness. Our wellness center bridges the gap between conventional and alternative therapies. Clients may benefit from one of our services or a combination of yoga and holistic therapies. We work with you individually and/or in groups allowing you to attain and maintain optimum health and wellness which promotes happiness and balance in your life. Mattapoisett Wellness has become my second family. I started off coming to the yoga classes and began to know and use a few of the other practitioners at the facility. I am so happy to have a place like this so close to home.
