Matrix Security Group is a 100% New Zealand owned company that is a well-established, credible and professional security company. We deliver professional security services to residential and commercial customers across Auckland and industrial customers in selected regions. We offer fully integrated security services, from consultancy, installation and servicing of electronic security systems, alarm monitoring, mobile patrols, static guarding and field agent services. We operate our own 24 hour Call Centre (alarm monitoring, dispatching and customer services) to ensure prompt response to alarm activations, security incidents and customer enquiries. Presently, Matrix Security employees more than 220 staff across operations in Auckland, Waikato, Taranaki, Wellington and Westport. We are well positioned to transfer experienced staff and proven systems at short notice. In particular, Matrix Security has extensive experience in providing specialist security services for the energy sector, with a proven emphasis on health and safety. This experience spans a wide range of high-risk environments; such as deep sea oil and gas exploration, land-based drill sites and hydraulic fracturing sites and mining (open cast and underground). From our CEO through to frontline security officers our team is well balanced in terms of experience, and skills, cross training and resource back-up, supervisory and management. Within our executive and senior management personnel there exists policing, military, corporate and public sector experience. Our line managers and operational supervisors are well supported by a dedicated Human Resources team, robust training and professional development systems. Matrix Security Group is fully accredited and independently audited across security industry codes of practise, Workplace Safety & Management Practises (tertiary accreditation) and International Financial Reporting Standards.
