Matrix is operated by Karen and Max Brugger. Although incorporated in 2005, our adjusting team has operated together since 1998. Complimenting our licenced adjusting staff are Michael Davidson and Alfred Strudwick. Through our extensive history with one another, we have developed cohesive, co-operative working relationships. As owners also operating in the field, Max and Karen have worked on projects together, as a team, providing clients with custom fee structures on specialty claims both locally and out of the usual service area. Our combined experience, each with over 30 years, is rich with an extensive range of exposure to all manner of claims. Having worked with numerous insurers, brokers, corporate organizations with large self retention, the legal community, Municipalities, First Nations and religious groups, we have the ability to adapt to our clients' unique needs. Through development of automation and technology, we are accessible every day of the year and all hours of the day for assignments. Our service level and professional integrity are of the highest standards.
