Matrix Infotech was founded in 2014 in Olympia, Washington with a straightforward goal: to be the one-source quality solution for organizations with expanding technology project needs. We recognized that businesses were struggling to manage multiple vendors across software development, IT support, staffing, and consulting. We built Matrix Infotech to solve that problem. By combining deep technical expertise with a genuine service orientation, we help our clients move faster, reduce complexity, and achieve better outcomes from their technology investments. Today, we serve a wide range of clients — from small businesses in Olympia to larger enterprises across the Pacific Northwest — providing everything from custom software development to contingent workforce staffing and change management. In 2026, we expanded into product development by launching two SaaS platforms: Paycivo (paycivo.com), a professional invoicing tool for freelancers and small businesses, and Hirekly (hirekly.com), an applicant tracking system built for small businesses and staffing agencies.
