Established in 2003, Matrix Consult is an independent chartered quantity surveying and project management consultancy, still run by the same founding directors today. We specialise in project management and cost consultancy for the construction industry, including leisure, health & fitness, and the commercial sector. With over 80 years of combined experience across the team, we take everything in our stride. Complicated projects, tight budgets, difficult sites - it's what we do all day long.
