Mathon PLC was established in 2004 as a specialist assetbased lender, operating solely within the short-term funding market. The company is privately funded and has access to virtually unlimited finance. This allows us to serve the needs of a diverse client base, encompassing limited companies, family businesses, property developers and private individuals. The board and management of Mathon PLC command wide ranging business experience, with backgrounds in finance, banking, property and the law. Since our shares are not traded on any public markets, we are not affected by the need to react to short-term market forces or bureaucratic reporting requirements. Taken together, these factors enable Mathon PLC to participate in innovative funding structures, providing flexible solutions to the financing needs of clients that go far beyond the more standard offerings of other asset-based lenders.
