MatHaul is cloud software for dump truck and bulk material haulers. Quoting, dispatch, ticketing, billing, and driver pay — including shops that buy and sell material, haul-only, off-haul, cement, prevailing wage, and tankers. We replace slow office systems (including Command Alkon HaulIt) without dragging you into an enterprise producer suite. Dispatchers send work to the phone. Billing matches tickets. GPS you already own stays. Paperless Trucking: drivers get a link in the dispatch text or email, photograph the ticket, and MatHaul AI pulls ticket number, tons, hours, BOL, date, and material. No app to download. Same flow for company trucks, subhaulers, and brokered trucks. Tickets ready for billing when the truck leaves the site. Signed documents attach to the invoice. If the trucks are already on Samsara, keep them. A dispatch in MatHaul creates the Samsara route, the driver gets it in the Samsara app, and BOL / ticket number / quantity write back.
