Artemis Resources (ASX/AIM: ARV; FRA: ATY; US: ARTTF) is a gold, copper and lithium focused resources exploration company with a suite of highly prospective projects in Western Australia’s West Pilbara region. The Company’s most advanced project is its Greater Carlow Castle gold-copper-cobalt deposit. Carlow is ~25km from the city of Karratha and is one of Australia’s best serviced resources with ready access to power, roads and an operational port. Artemis’ tenements account for +200 sq-km and the Carlow project is surrounded by a host of earlier-stage gold targets with significant potential for discovery.
This large landholding also encompasses an interpreted lithium corridor with large high-grade intercepts first uncovered by Azure Minerals (now SQM & Hancock Prospecting) located only ~15km to the east. Artemis’ discoveries at the Mt Marie prospect and Osborne Joint Venture (51% GreenTech Metals / 49% Artemis Resources) are modelled as extensions to this corridor which is continually proven to host lithium-bearing pegmatites.
Artemis has exceptional development potential for its West Pilbara projects which are further enhanced by the Company’s wholly-owned Radio Hill processing plant – one of the few processing plants in the region.
In addition to Artemis’ West Pilbara projects, the Company holds a highly strategic landholding in the Paterson gold province. The Paterson Central project consists of a 605 sq-km exploration licence surrounding and adjacent to the globally-significant Havieron copper-gold discovery and the Telfer gold/copper mine.
