Goodness Grains is a family owned and run company set up in 2013 to bring quality Gluten Free Bakery products to initially the Coeliac consumer and increasingly in recent years the mainstream markets in Ireland, UK and Europe. Our 20,000 sq ft purpose built, dedicated Gluten Free facility is one of the largest gluten free bakeries in Ireland and UK. The BRC ‘AA’ graded facility has on site blast freezing capabilities and a world class traceability system. Our product range comprises Gluten Free Breads and Bagels, Muffins and Baked Goods (cakes, scones, tartlets). Our entire range is available in formats suitable for both Retail and Foodservice. Listening to our consumer needs drives our new product development and it allows us to bring new unique products to the category such as our Viennoiserie range of Gluten Free Croissants and Danish Pastries. We supply both retail and foodservice ranges to the Irish and UK markets and we also supply a number of European markets. We can supply our Branded product range or we can work with you to develop products for your brand Goodness Grains’ commitment to sustainable production is enforced by its verified membership of Bord Bia’s Origin Green Sustainability Programme. We support the local community by employing 48 people and we also use local suppliers where possible. We have won in excess of 30 Quality Food Awards since we began production in February 2013.

California produces a lot of wheat, but it’s grown within an industrial structure- by way of seed development, farming, milling, storage, cleaning, and end-use. We see our purpose as helping to create alternative links for a new, smaller-scale local structure where farmers, seedsmen, millers, bakers and cooks can talk to one another. And where consumers will be able to feel informed about the origins and the quality of the wheat they are eating.

Freshlyground formed in early 2002, and is made up of seven talented and diverse musicians from South Africa, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Fronted by the diminutive but dynamic Zolani Mahola, the band exudes a live performance energy that has been the bedrock of their success.
