Dr. Fernando Mata, D.C. provides holistic chiropractic care using various treatment modalities including chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies (to treat muscles, tendons, and ligaments), ultrasound, electro-stimulation, infrared heat, traction, yoga based physical therapy, and craniosacral therapy to comprehensively treat each patient. In treating comprehensively, we found it is most effective in terms of recovery time and cost. In 1980, Dr. Mata joined a group of holistic medical doctors at the Cedar Sinai Medical building. In 1995, he opened his own practice in Santa Monica and has kept a close following of patients, some spanning over 30 years. Part of his success comes from the fact that he truly enjoys meeting people and his work.
