Mastroe Information

Mastroe is a Not-For-Profit Charitable organization that serves to bridge the gaps and overcome the barriers that our beneficiaries have to employment, education, Training. Common barriers include lack of skills or work experience, health and disability, historical records, age, family dependencies, antisocial behaviour among others. With increasing numbers of 16 - 64 year olds (working age) not in employment, training or education because of these barriers, Mastroe was setup as a charitable organisation that focuses on delivering employment, development and other opportunities to help improve confidence, overcome the barriers, and help our beneficiaries back on the productive path. Mastroe programs such as Aspire, Ascend and TEE programs use a unique combination of classroom and practical training within our social enterprise to develop our beneficiaries and provide key employability and cross industry skills that increase their chances for employment. - Mastroe programs are provided Free to our beneficiaries. - Mastroe Social Enterprises are to create Jobs where over 80% of those employed would have been previously considered marginalised, long term unemployed or less privileged. - Mastore works with different organisations and companies to facilitate employment and mitigate the risks that are normally associated with employing individuals from our beneficiary groups.
