MasterStroke is the annual flagship event of MBA Sports Management of K J Somaiya Institute of Management. With the objective of building a platform to connect industry professionals from the Sports sector, management students and sports enthusiasts, MasterStroke will enable students to gain key insights and knowledge about the industry and compete among the best to achieve the spotlight through various competitions. MasterStroke will play a key role in building budding professionals in the globally booming Sports sector. At 15%, the Indian Sports sector is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world and is expected to keep growing in the coming years. In addition to that, the Indian Esports industry is gaining popularity and is already worth 3 billion INR today. Thus, there is a need for industry-ready professionals to tackle the ongoing roadblocks which the sports industry faces in various sub-domains. Slowly but surely, the attitude of an average Indian towards the sports and sports-related sector is changing and India is on the track to become a sporting nation!
