Our name, MasterGrind/EDM II, is not a mistake nor was it just pulled out of the air. It was meant to convey exactly what we are and our confidence in what we do……masters of grinding and EDM’ing. Of course we’re much more than that, but to include all of our capabilities in our name would be cumbersome and totally unworkable. OUR COMPREHENSIVE GOAL IS TO FURNISH YOU WITH PARTS MADE EXACTLY TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. Our grinding equipment and techniques include surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, ID grinding, centerless grinding and form grinding on both rounds and flats. Our EDM department personnel are masters of CNC wire, ram, & hole popping EDM. The team members at MG/EDM are also masters at all machining operations, both before and after heat treat and are fully equipped with the latest CNC lathes, Swiss machines and machining centers. THEY ALSO FULLY COMPREHEND THE CONCEPT THAT WHAT’S GOOD FOR THE CUSTOMER IS EQUALLY AS GOOD FOR THEM. We are an owner operated, medium sized shop whose two principals have a combined 91 years in this business. Both are directly involved in all phases of the day to day operations from the initial review and quoting the customer’s requirements to the final inspection of the parts made.
