Whether you are looking for a turn key solution where we take care of everything, or are looking for us to complete certain parts of your flooring, we are here to work with you. We use only top-of-the line equipment, stains and finishing products. We screen between each coat of polyurethane. Some companies may apply the second and possibly the third coat without screening. Screening between coats reduces grain raise, which will increase the wear life of your floor and give it a smoother look and feel. We tape off the surrounding rooms with plastic and use vacuums on our sanders to minimize the amount of cleaning required by the homeowner. We haul away debris on a daily basis to keep our customer's homes looking clean at all times. We offer additional services such as carpet, tile, and linoleum removal. We check sub floors for soundness and moisture. Moisture tests are performed on wood and sub floors before we install new wood. We deliver all solid woods to the home several days prior to installation. This allows the wood to acclimate to its environment prior to installation.
