Founded in Sydney in 1958 by Dutch immigrant and innovator Dick Dusseldorp, Lendlease was born out of a vision to create a company that could successfully combine the disciplines of financing, development and investment. Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Lendlease has approximately 12,000 employees internationally. Our regional head offices are located in New York, Singapore and London. We operate retail businesses that distribute these products, and many more, to tradespeople right across the Tasman. And we build homes and deliver infrastructure and roading projects that create communities, improve productivity and contribute to the quality of life for people living and working in cities and regions across our markets. Fletcher Building is dual listed on the NZX and ASX and operates through six divisions – Building Products, Distribution, Concrete, Residential and Development, Construction and Australia.
