Founded in 1975, Master Apps is an Australian software platform used to manage workplace injuries, claims, and return-to-work processes, purpose-built for the Australian workers' compensation environment. Our national platform brings injury management, claims management, and premium management together in a single, unified view giving employers and self-insurers clear visibility across their claims, wherever they operate. Security underpins everything we build. We are directly ISO 27001 certified, our data is held entirely within Australia, and we have never experienced a data breach. In 2026, we introduced Casey, the first AI-enabled assistant built specifically for injury and return-to-work professionals, now live inside our Injury Master and Claims Master products. We have built long-standing relationships with some of Australia's largest and best-known employers, and continues to develop its platform around the needs of frontline injury management and return-to-work professionals.
