I started Master Agent Life because real estate keeps trying to solve the same problems with more of the same solutions. The technology gets better, the platforms get smarter and the training gets repackaged, yet agents still struggle with consistency and brokerages with retention. At some point, we have to consider we may be solving the wrong problems. So I start where the industry usually stops, with why. The obvious problem is rarely the whole problem, so I look for what's actually creating it. I notice patterns, question assumptions and connect things that are usually examined separately. More often than not, that question takes us somewhere we weren't expecting, because the thing showing up in the business often started somewhere else entirely. It's why my work lives at the intersection of human behavior, business, leadership, technology and real estate innovation. For individual agents, that's The Rooted Agent Method™. It grew from a question: why can capable agents know exactly what to do and still struggle to do it consistently? Procrastination, overthinking, avoidance or burnout aren't problems to correct. They're symptoms. Find what's creating them and I finally have something to work with.
