Troy von Otnott is the CEO and Founder of Massive Technologies, LLC, a cleantech consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Troy is also a partner in Clean Terra, a CleanTech Strategic Advisory Firm led by General Wesley K. Clark (ret.) and a General Partner of the Native American Venture Fund. In February of 2013, Troy led a waste water recycling startup to win 2nd Place at the Department of Energy's ARPA-E Future Energy Competition in Washington, D.C. This esteemed national competition featured over 200 of the countries top clean technology startups. In 2012, Mr. Von Otnott facilitated the $200M Smart Energy Atlanta program for the City of Atlanta. This Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program is operated under Invest Atlanta, a City of Atlanta economic development agency and will soon provide low-cost capital for the commercial building sector to undertake large-scale energy retrofits. In 2008, Troy founded South Coast Solar, one of the largest and most successful solar energy contractors in the Southeast. Prior to those ventures, he served as Executive Director of the First Bank and Trust Community Development Corporation in New Orleans, which developed sustainable inner-city housing in under-served communities.
