The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative strengthens the competitiveness of the tech and innovation economy by driving strategic investments, partnerships, and insights that harness the talent of Massachusetts. The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) is a bureau within the U.S. Department of Commerce, with the mission to lead the federal economic development agenda by promoting innovation and competitiveness, preparing American regions for growth and success in the worldwide economy.
