We have combined experience of over 25 years in world leader multinational companies specialized in Consulting, Engineering, Project Management and Construction. We have managed and / or executed portfolio projects of up to USD 500 million in the Oil and Gas, Energy, Mining, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Infrastructure sectors. We have managed these projects in multiple geographical areas and cultures, under different contract strategies such as: EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), EPCM (Engineering, Procurement management and Construction Management), Design - Build, Master Service Agreements, etc. Our experience in acquiring and implementing best practices from different market sectors allows us to add value by applying these practices to the management of projects in any given market. Our services during project life start with defining, together with the customer and other stakeholders, the best strategy to carry out project objective, from conceptual and feasibility studies, to planning and design through to construction management, commissioning and start-up.
