Maryland Medicaid Consultants, LLC (MMC) is a boutique Medicaid Consulting firm founded by Oscar Snow, a results driven professional who leverages expertise with extensive experience in the Medicaid industry. His experience includes several years working for Baltimore City, Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Prince George's Counties, where he determined eligibility for long-term care. In addition, he trained case managers on Medicaid policy and procedure. Known for being able to formulate outcomes on even the most difficult and complex cases, he was responsible for processing thousands of cases annually, which has since positioned him as an expert in the field. Recognizing an urgent need for specialized Medicaid support in the Maryland community, Oscar formed Maryland Medicaid Consultants, LLC with the express purpose of providing Marylanders with access to expert advice and support as they navigate the Medicaid process. With a mandate to provide detail-oriented, customer driven service that is based on authority and true caring, MMC has proven themselves to be a trusted resource. As an organization dedicated to providing excellence at every phase of service, MMC provides services for applicants, nursing homes and attorneys involved at any stage of the application process. Oscar Snow earned his Bachelor of Science from Frostburg State University in 1993, and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from The University of the Rockies. His combined twelve years of experience includes determining eligibility for every entitlement program offered by the state of Maryland. He has served as Case Manager, Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor of state units specifically commissioned to determine eligibility for long term care. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, he is motivated by a lifelong passion for helping others to use his unique skills to guide people through often stressful and potentially complicated processes. He is the proud father of twins, and when he isn't busy helping others, you might find him watching sports or spending quality time with his family.
