Experiences should be understood, not guessed. But in reality, they rarely are. People go out, have an experience, and leave with a feeling. That feeling gets reduced to a rating or a short review. On the other side, businesses receive feedback from multiple sources, but it’s inconsistent, hard to compare, and difficult to act on. So decisions are still based on intuition. We’re building a way to make experiences more visible and structured. By capturing how people actually experience a place and turning it into clear patterns that show: • what’s working • where the experience breaks • what to improve next So people can choose better, and places can improve what matters. We’re currently testing this with a small group of restaurants in Bucharest.
