Founded in December 2023, the company has circa 40 staff in five offices across the UK and Europe and a Day One AUM of £720m across nine existing mandates. The business includes several new Funds and individual transactions, with an opportunistic and value add focus, covering credit, equities and direct real estate, to take advantage of current dislocation in the real estate markets. Martley Capital is also instructed on a number of asset and investment management advisory mandates, drawing on the extensive existing experience.
