Martinez Design Information

Martinez Design is a group of experienced designers and drafters for select building types, currently operating in the Southern California region. With a management philosophy deeply inspired by Lean methodology and ISO 9001 principles, it is our conviction that every system is perfectly designed to get the results it gets. We are continuously articulating and revisiting processes in an effort to provide maximum value to our clients while minimizing waste. It is also our conviction that people, and the collaborative spirit found within all of us, can bring incredible value to clients. Ours is a learning institution, democratic in nature, where mentorship and collaboration thrive. By employing principles of organizational behavior and social psychology in the workplace, we create a safe place for both creativity and production to reign. Simply put, we do not look or work like other design and drafting firms.
