We started building Marshmallow in 2017 to make migration easy. Since then we've grown to 700+ people, gained unicorn status, raised ~£140M, turned profitable, and insured millions of drivers and lent millions in loans. We're only just getting started. Our goal is to become one of the largest financial services providers in the world - not just by scaling what we have, but by building what comes next. To get there we need people who never settle for good enough. People who thrive here are hungry for ownership and focused on collective success over personal agendas.
