We also deal in Auto components, as well as custom made machined part as per customer drawings and specifications using latest Cad -cam software. Facilities: Our modern state-of-the-art infrastructure unit is full of latest technology machines. This is divided into several units like manufacturing, in-house testing, warehousing, packaging, and sales & marketing units. In addition to this, to manage these units, we have appointed a team of skilled and talented professionals. Our portfolio of products comprises simple turning parts & complex component work pieces with transverse and longitudinal bores, key surfaces & grooves or complex back machining. we operate modern CNC machines with up to 2 axes machining centres from Doosan, Tsugami and LMW. We are technically well equipped to produce to manufacture cost-efficient & high quality precise both complex & relatively simple components according to client requirements. Also, our QC expert checks inline as well as final products as per quality check plans. Materials machined-SS316, SS duplex, Super duplex, Inconel625/825, Titanium, Copper, Brass, Aluminium, PTFE. Tolerance capabilities- +/- 0.02 Laser marking-All machined components will be laser marked for identification and easy traceability as per client req
