Founded in 1989, MARRS Services, Inc. (MARRS) is a MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE/UDBE California Corporation, providing a full range of Project and Construction Management (PM/CM), Civil Engineering, Environmental and Technology Services to federal, state, municipal, and regional agencies. We have the requisite management expertise, depth of know-how, relevant experience, staff resources, and tools to assist clients achieve success in project management, planning, design, construction management, and environmental compliance. MARRS takes pride in our culture of integrity, responsiveness, and quality work, always striving to perform above our clients' expectations and industry standards. As of Winter 2012, MARRS has grown to 45 staff in three Southern California offices, and is poised to break the 50-person firm barrier. We provide professionals and support staff including project managers, civil and environmental engineers, utility engineers, geologists, water quality and hazardous waste specialists, stormwater compliance experts, LEED® Accredited Professionals, as well as schedulers, cost estimators, inspectors, CAD Designers, GIS technicians, database programmers, and administrative personnel. MARRS prides itself on providing high quality services to our clients. Our key operative word is responsiveness. We are prepared to commit to challenging deadlines, mobilize personnel on short notice, and to do whatever it takes to complete the work on time and schedule. MARRS grew into a successful small business in the 1990s supporting major wastewater and civil infrastructure projects.
