After graduating from the University of Colorado in summer 2008, Alex worked the fall harvest at long time Kanzler Vineyards fruit customer Landmark Wines learning from winemaker Greg Stach. In the spring of 09 Alex traveled to New Zealand to work the harvest at central Otago, Pinot Noir specialist Carrick Wines.
