We took our first step with vertical integration in the mid 90’s by expanding our product line to include promotional items as our customers had begun requesting them. We quickly gained status with both the PPAI and ASI industry professional organizations as an authorized provider for advertising and promotional products. The approach for our clients is to tailor the promotion to foster the desired response from the target. This calculated effort has proven very successful and continues to be a growth area for our business. In the late 1990s to early 2000, we found that our long time business clients were requesting additional marketing solutions. Their push to survive and grow fueled our development of full-service marketing options.
