Marketair is establishing separate channels of distribution to sell the series through conventional HVAC wholesalers as well as a network of bid/spec manufacturers' representatives. The RD-Series comprises roll-formed rectangular sheet metal lineset duct and fittings. It features a proprietary, anti-corrosive, scratch-resistant hot-dipped and chromium-free ZAM coating (zinc, aluminum and magnesium) that provides a superior, more durable and lighter-weight alternative to galvanized steel. The PD-Series is a system of UV-, fire- and weather-resistant, ivory-colored extruded PVC round duct/fittings designed for stand-alone use in smaller VRF/VRV and mini-split projects. It can also function as a complementing transition piece between the condenser and a RD-Series duct run on larger multiple lineset installations.
