I offer the following services: Social web consulting – a fancy way of saying I can help you to build stuff on the Internet. If you need a new website or online community, I have the experience and expertise to make it work. User experience design – the art of designing a website or mobile application in a way that make users interact with it in a particular way. Community management – nurturing, building and maintaining online communities. If you have a blog or Facebook page that isn’t really working you probably need a community manager. I also give inspiring talks about the social web and how businesses and organisations can use it.
