Through customized interviews organized by our crew’s team, we make an assessment of the candidates experience, skills, personality, profile and career plans; then, we check their qualification and references. We focus on our clients (owners and captains) and candidates (qualified or beginner crew member) special needs, in order to find the best match for both parts.
