Marina Housing, Inc is a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, organized under the IRS Code 501 (c) (3) and under the Revenue and Taxation Codes of 1954. The Corporation was incorporated on October 3rd 1996. The Corporation received its Federal Tax Exempt Status October 2005 to provide Low to Moderate Income Families and Individuals with affordable financing to purchase perhaps their first home! Over the years Marina Housing, Inc has successfully assisted many families and individuals with housing counseling, delinquent mortgage support, down-payment assistance, Tax counseling with one of our expert tax consultant and preparer. Many of our community services has been without charge or cost to the families and individuals that we have helped! Although times and funding needs has changed over the years we have still been able to provide many services without charge to our clients. Marina Housing, Inc., shall maintain a strict level of integrity with all of the programs that we sponsor and we will only support those programs that encourage a better growth for the entire community in which we serve. New government rules and regulations are constantly emerging; any and all laws that affect the programs that we sponsor shall be conformed to by this corporation without question! The combined knowledge of this corporation's membership exceeds over one hundred (100) years of experience. This accounts for our well balanced commitment and dedication to the public that we serve! Keeping the community informed of new programs is just a small example of what can be expected from our team! Once our new development programs are placed back on the market with offerings and opportunities; we will invite members from the community, that our projects have been developed within their reach and all the people that comprise these communities are welcome to take an active role in any of our programs!
