He has raised over $900 Million in capital and has created value as an executive in excess of $3 Billion. Tom has the proven ability to reach across organizations, allowing for effective strategic and tactical impact. He has worked with both Private Equity and Venture Capital portfolio companies. He is a seasoned advisor to Technology Companies’ BODs, CEOs and investors in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Strategy, M&A and Administration. Tom’s experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, including: SaaS, Enterprise Software, Internet & Mobile Advertising, Manufacturing, Clean Tech, Big 4 Accounting, Fortune 500, and Investment Banking.
