Marillier Properties Information

Marillier Properties is an estate agency with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe and was set up by Mr. & Mrs D. Marillier in September 2007. Both parties involved in the setting up of the company had at the time been working for various Estate Agencies within Zimbabwe's Capital City, Harare. The feelings of both parties were that there seemed to be a lack of honest and reliable advice available to parties within the property market as well as a poor standard of service available from the players in the market at that time. The two therefore decided to set up a company that would best advise the market as to the rights and obligations as well as to the opportunities available within a market that they believe is ready to explode, at the same time setting a high standard of service in the line with their personal standards and principles. Since the inception of the company the market has been through various difficulties and Marillier Properties has managed to weather the storm - the main reason for this based on the level of integrity that can be found at the company as well as the outstanding service that is available from the company, this service and level of advice has cultivated a great deal of trust and loyalty from person dealing with the company.
