Marigold Consulting offers snooze-proof training experiences to individuals in all settings who want to bloom out of proportion personally and professionally. We partner with session attendees to foster a comfortable and productive learning environment in which extraordinary ideas are birthed, practical solutions to everyday challenges are discovered, and raucous laughter is encouraged. All participants in our sessions receive a comprehensive workbook that is used to complement the session. You'll always be able to refer to this valuable resource after the session as needed. Each session module concludes with a practical group exercise or discussion that encourages you to apply what you have just learned. Schedule a session on the date and at the time which is most convenient for your group, including on Saturdays. We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Choose a venue that is most conducive to a fruitful learning experience. Whether you arrange for a session at your local office or at a location three hours away as part of a management retreat, we can meet your need wherever it may be. All sessions can be lengthened or shortened according to your preferences. We will work with you to fine tune your session to best meet the needs of your group. This may mean replacing an existing module with a new one, adding a new module, or incorporating new elements in a module. On the day of your session, you will have the confidence of knowing that your session is not a one-size-fits-all session. Rather, it has been tailored to your group. If you don't see an existing session that meets your needs, use our curriculum development services to build a session from the ground up. We value our time and we value others' time. Rest assured that all emails and phone calls will be returned promptly. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of services we have provided, 100 of your session fee will be refunded to you. Period.
