Marefa Digital is a Human Capital consulting firm based in Dubai, U.A.E. We work with business leaders and Human Capital professionals to help them shed light on their most vital asset: their people. We are proud to be from the region as it gives us a better insight into the local and regional Human Capital issues. We appreciate the knowledge of global best practice but seek to implement best fit locally. Our e-learning content has been catered to the GCC culture and language with a focus on the Khaleeji dialect in our enactment courses adding a realistic feel for the user. Our content was developed with the Arabic speaker in mind.
