A project management organisation/consultancy that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques of SMEs located in Sub-Sahara Africa that outsourced their project management function to us. Our responsibilities range from providing project management support functions to the direct management of one or more projects under three broad relationship types, depending on the degree of control and influence we have on projects of our clients and organisations. These are: Supportive: we provide a consultative role to organisations on their projects by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information, and lessons learned from other projects. We serve as a project repository. The degree of control provided is low Controlling: we provide support and require compliance through various means. The degree of control provided by us is moderate. Compliance may involve; adoption of project management frameworks or methodologies; Use of specific templates, forms, and tools; and Conformance to governance frameworks. Directive: we take control of our client's projects by directly managing the projects. We provide a high degree of control.
